After seven days of sailing, the ship briefly docked on a small island called Colombo.
The small island has a small area, but it is very lively, with people coming and going at the port.
Herag and a group of wizard apprentices arrived on the deck, and Dino stood in front of them and said, "We'll stay here for the night. You can go to the island to relax. But remember, I'll leave on time tomorrow noon and won't wait for anyone. Also, this is the place that belongs to our Dream Island and is taken care of by wizards. Most of the people on the island are ordinary people. If anyone dares to act recklessly, then prepare to eat the wizard's punishment."
Dino knew that this group of people had been too oppressive a while ago. Coincidentally, the commercial development of Colombo Island was well-developed, with many taverns, hotels, and strippers, which could help them relax here.
Coincidentally, the fresh water on the ship also needed to be replenished, so Dino decided to sail the ship directly here.
After Lillian got off the ship and headed straight to a hotel, Herag asked, "What are you doing here in such a hurry?"
"I haven't taken a shower in a few months," Lillian said without looking back and paid to open a room before going upstairs to take a shower.
There is no way to take a shower on the ship, and all the fresh water is precious, which is the most unbearable thing for Lillian.
However, Lillian was already prepared. She had an enchanted towel that was always moist and could be used to wipe her body.
Herag had seen the towel before, but Lillian refused to touch it. He guessed that the magic inside should be absorbing moisture from the air.
He even opened a room for himself downstairs, and the prices here are not cheap. One room costs a whole silver coin a night.
Herag looked at the furnishings in the room, which were relatively simple but clean, and the items were neatly arranged.
He took a shower and waited for a while before Lillian finished tidying up, and then the two of them went out together.
As night fell, the island of Colombo became even more lively, with people singing, dancing, and drinking around the campfire everywhere.
There is also a long commercial street here, where most vendors lay blankets on the ground and then place the products they want to sell.
There are various types of products, including handmade woven hats, baskets, clay fired paper bottles, jars, and various antiques.
When Herag passed by a stall, something caught his attention. He squatted down beside the stall and calmly picked up an antique vase, asking, "How much is this?"
The vendor was a bald middle-aged man who was holding a black cat and glanced at the vase, saying, "Twenty silver coins."
"It's too expensive," Herrag put down the vase.
"This is fake, why did you buy this?" Lillian asked in confusion.
"Take a look at it casually."
Herag then picked up a few more items and asked for prices. In the end, he casually picked a few and spent a total of sixteen silver coins.
Lillian tilted her gaze at him without speaking.
After the two of them finished their meal and returned to the hotel, Lillian came to the room and closed the door, asking, "What did you just do? You found something good, show it to me."
Herag took out a hexagonal plate made of some kind of wood, with a pitch black color. In the middle of the plate is a picture of a hexagonal tower, exactly like the picture in the pocket watch.
Lillian carefully looked at the plate and asked, "Is this a treasure? I didn't see anything unusual, and there was no magic flowing."
"Maybe it's not a treasure. I've seen the picture in the middle of the plate before, so I bought it." Herag explained that he was not sure whether it was valuable, but the picture was exactly the same as the one in the pocket watch.
Lillian was completely uninterested when he said this, "I thought it was some big treasure, boring."
"Alright, I'm tired too, I'm going to bed." Herag lay on the soft bed, feeling drowsy. He planned to have a good sleep today.
Since he learned to meditate, he has hardly slept and has replaced sleep with meditation.
The ship briefly stayed in Colombo for a night before accelerating towards the continent of Karag.
More than twenty days later, Herag stood on the deck and saw the shadow of the continent from afar.
The ship docked at Ruby Port, where all the wizard apprentices disembarked.
Dino walked at the front and said to the crowd, "Everyone, come with me."
He led his group through the street and arrived at a tavern called the Broken Cauldron Bar.
"Hey! It's Dino!"
"He came back with the newcomers."
"Let me see, there are still quite a few new recruits this time."
"Young men, welcome to the Karaoke continent!"
As soon as Dino entered the tavern, he caught the attention of many people, many of whom were greeting him. The wizard apprentices he brought with him also became a new topic of conversation in the tavern.
Herag noticed that everyone here is a wizard without exception, mostly at the level of wizard apprentices.
"Just now, I didn't see a wizard outside. Why are there so many here? A wizard's exclusive tavern?" Herag was a bit puzzled. He estimated that there might be some magic outside the tavern that he hadn't noticed, which only wizards could see and enter.
Among this group of people, Lillian appeared particularly eye-catching. Many people were whistling at her at Zhaoshuyuan.com, but Lillian didn't even glance at these greasy wizards.
Dino led them through the tavern and arrived at a wall in the backyard.
He walked to the front of the wall, pressed the positions of several bricks one by one, and then said, "Melinda!"
The wall made a loud roar, and then bricks separated to the left and right, revealing a path.
The world behind the wall is completely different from the courtyard. Behind the wall is a forest, and a bluestone path meanders deep into the forest. The forest is dimly lit and there is still bird singing, but the sunlight in the yard is intense and the weather is nice.
Herag and others were somewhat surprised to see this strange scene, as it was their first time seeing it.
Dino seemed to have gotten used to it, taking the lead and waving his hand back, "Let's go."
Everyone followed him into the world behind the wall. Many people walked over and looked back, but the back only looked like an ordinary forest, and the wall was gone.
Dino turned around and said, "The people from various wizard organizations are right ahead. Wait for you to listen to me arrange the operation. The several month journey ends today. Good luck to you."
He placed his left hand on his chest and bent down to perform a gentlemanly salute.
"Thank you, Mr. Dino, for taking care of us all the way." Lillian returned in a long dress, holding the hem in her hand.
Others also bowed and thanked each other, and Dino was indeed very responsible along the way, at least ensuring that their group of people arrived safely at their destination.
There is no sunshine in the dark forest, and thick fog permeates everywhere.
Herag looked up and saw a thick white mist above the forest, making it impossible to see the position of the sun.
Occasionally, a few crow calls could be heard in the distance, adding a sense of desolation.
