Synopsis

Ethan died six months into the great snowfall, thrown out of his own safe house by the fiancee he had kept alive and the man she chose over him. Then he opens his eyes seven days before the first flake falls. This time he liquidates everything and buys the one property nobody wants: a derelict underground mall on the city's edge, three levels deep, with walls thick enough to stop a car. The agent laughs. The foreman asks whether he is renovating a mall or building a bomb shelter. In seven days, every person who called him a fool will be pounding on his door.
