Reborn With No Magic, Second of Twenty Thousand

Synopsis

Louis Kiril was born again into a world of grandmasters and elements, with black hair, black eyes, and a colour the empire is obliged to destroy on sight. His mother dyes his hair and prays. The only academy in the north that lets commoners sit its entrance exam takes twenty thousand applicants and admits ten, and Louis walks in with no magic at all, carrying only the martial arts theory he wrote from a wheelchair in another life. Then the director of the academy looks at the roots of his hair on the very first day, and offers him a potion instead of a blade.
