Meanwhile, the teacher announced that he needed to return to the office. Before he left, Kenta asked him to pick up the shopping later, since it looked as though Minjun and Thomas would be ordering quite a lot.
Completely absorbed in their excitement, Minjun and Thomas spent a long time choosing colourful outfits. Thomas was fascinated by the sheer variety of colours, and fell in love almost immediately with all the new possibilities.
Before leaving, Maya mentioned that he had another appointment. Just then he received a message from a mysterious person. He asked Kenta to call him once the shopping was ready to be collected, and then headed out.
Outside, a car was already waiting for him. As soon as Maya got inside, the mysterious man leaned over and tried to kiss him.
Caught off guard, Maya raised a hand quickly to stop him, and asked, completely confused, what he thought he was doing.
The man replied with obvious frustration. He had endured an entire week without hearing from Maya, he said, ever since he had moved into Daiki's mansion.
To show that he was not completely angry, the man kissed Maya's hand instead. Maya said nothing at all. He only looked at him.
At the same time, inside conference room three at the Uyama company's headquarters, one employee commented that Kubota should have stopped by the office that day. Another man, dressed in white, said that according to Rakuto, Kubota had come by that morning but had never come back.
What nobody knew was that at that very moment Maya and the mysterious man were together somewhere else inside the same building. The atmosphere between them had turned much more intimate, far away from curious eyes.
The two of them moved into a private room, and in the middle of that closeness Maya caught the scent of the man he was seeing. Unexpectedly, his thoughts drifted to Minjun.
He found himself wondering whether Minjun smelled just as pleasant.
The realisation made him uncomfortable at once, and he tried to push the thought out of his mind.
Their moment was interrupted by a message informing them that the shopping order was ready to be collected. Maya dressed again hurriedly and invited his companion to help him carry the packages, assuming there would be far too many for one person to manage.
Surprised, the man complained that he was tired, and joked that he would rather help afterwards, by cleaning up instead. Ignoring the remark, Maya cut him off and simply told him that he would be waiting in the car.
Back at the mansion, Minjun could not hide his excitement about everything he and Thomas had bought. He was delighted with their shopping spree, and could hardly believe that soon they would be wearing matching outfits.
Unable to contain himself, he went to Kenta and asked eagerly whether the order had already been placed. Kenta confirmed that everything had been ordered and that the delivery would arrive soon.
Still unable to keep it to himself, Minjun talked on about how much he was looking forward to dressing in matching clothes with Thomas. The little boy was just as excited.
With sparkling eyes, Thomas declared that he could not wait to wear the same clothes as his mama. Both Kenta and Minjun were surprised by how enthusiastic he was, and found his reaction incredibly adorable.
Unable to resist, Minjun hugged Thomas and began playing with him while the little boy laughed uncontrollably. Kenta found the scene heartwarming, though he could not help worrying that they might accidentally hurt the child.
Minjun was not concerned. Thomas was clearly having fun.
Then, suddenly, Thomas began to feel sick. Startled, Minjun lost his balance and fell backwards, but Kenta reacted quickly and managed to cushion the fall before either of them hit the floor.
Ignoring his own safety entirely, Minjun immediately asked Thomas whether he was all right, and called for someone to bring a container in case the little boy needed to be sick.
As Minjun reached out to help him, Thomas smiled and explained that he had swallowed the nausea and felt fine now.
The comment disgusted Minjun immediately, and he suggested that Thomas go and brush his teeth again.
Kenta, still lying on the floor after breaking Minjun's fall, asked to be helped up. Completely focused on Thomas, Minjun told him to stay where he was until he was sure the little boy was feeling better.
Kenta simply laughed at the absurdity of the situation, while Minjun let out a relieved sigh once he realised everything had turned out fine.
A short while later, Shima and Yukio arrived with the shopping bags. When they came into the room, they were startled to find it empty. They panicked for a moment, and then Minjun, Thomas and Kenta came back. Shima asked where they had been, and the three of them explained that they had gone to brush Thomas's teeth.
Trying to change the subject, Kenta asked where Kubota was, and whether the two of them had come alone. Shima replied that Kubota had worked up quite a sweat and had gone to take a shower as soon as they arrived.
Hearing that, Minjun could not help wondering what kind of work a yakuza had to do to end up sweating that much. His imagination immediately supplied a series of ridiculous possibilities, and he shivered.
Thomas, meanwhile, was far more interested in the shopping bags. He announced excitedly that he wanted to wear the yellow clothes they had bought. Smiling, Minjun invited him to go and change into them.
Looking at the colourful outfits, Shima asked curiously whether they were for Thomas's lessons, and whether he could have a look as well.
Kenta explained that they were not for school, and then the two of them whispered to each other, out of Minjun's earshot. Shima pointed out that colourful clothes went against the boss's rules, since Daiki only allowed black and white. Kenta admitted that Thomas had been so happy about the clothes that he simply had not had the heart to tell him to take them off.
Even so, Shima warned, they would all be in trouble if the boss found out.
Completely unaware of that conversation, Minjun called Kenta over excitedly to admire how adorable Thomas looked in his yellow hoodie. The three of them could not help smiling. They pulled out their phones and began taking countless pictures of the radiant young master.
Thomas compared himself happily to a yellow crayon, and then declared that his mama was a yellow crayon too.
Everyone laughed at the comparison and went on taking photographs from every angle. Minjun then suggested that they should eat dinner while wearing their matching outfits. Kenta agreed, explaining that Daiki would not be home for a while and that dinner was probably already prepared.
When they came into the kitchen, the cooks were amazed to see Thomas dressed in bright yellow. They said he looked just like a little duckling.
Kenta ordered everyone back to work at once, and the cooks dispersed quickly. As Minjun patted Thomas's head, he could not help noticing that the people living in the mansion were nowhere near as strict as they had first appeared.
Just then Daiki arrived unexpectedly, talking on the phone.
The moment Kenta noticed him, he panicked and told Minjun to change Thomas's clothes immediately.
