Reborn a Princess, Still Three Months From Drowning

Synopsis

Coco was sixteen and saving a kitten. She wakes eight hours old, in a maid's arms, in a palace where the king counts one more daughter as a curse on the country and has already called for a basin of water. One furious baby-voiced insult buys her a stay of execution: three months, then an intelligence test, then the tub again if she fails. Passing it would be easy for a high schooler. The trouble is what a father with bloodshot eyes and dark magic does with a daughter who is too clever to be his.
